Anything, and everything,
That we want it to be...
But first we have to believe...
A flame burns inside,
That is so often denied,
Because we are so afraid,
To face reality...
We forget to dream...
But inside...everyone of us,
A voice screams...
We are shattered, yet whole,
We refuse to let go!
Seduced by the flame,
Of our destiny
Shattered, but whole,
We refuse to let go!
Inside we know,
Just who we're meant to be...
Follow the flame of destiny...
Destiny...might not be,
Exactly what we hoped,
What we thought we'd see...
Sometimes it's so hard to believe...
Everyone cries,
And yet we forget,
As soon as the tears dry,
We forget to be alive...
We...we forget to dream!
But inside everyone of us,
A voice screams...!
We are shattered, yet whole,

i wanna know where you are.
write how i feel? okay, this is how i feel.
i miss you. you disappoint me over and over again, but i miss you. the way things are when i'm with you is just so fantastic i can't even explain what it does to me. i feel like the world is about to collapse when you're away and when you're here i can't gather the strength to breathe.
everytime my phone goes off i want it to be you. i have written letters in my head that i would love to say but i can't. i want you to text me or call me or drop by my house just to say all these words that i keep wishing you will. i want you to play me the song i told you to write for me and i want you to see me on

Love is when you care more about someone else's happiness than your own,

Long ago, I wrote "Shattered", and in it are the lines "Shattered, but whole, I refuse to let go".
So I did what I do at times, from one piece comes the inspiration for another.
This is built around those two lines, with a little changing, "I" becomes "we".
This is very much about not knowing what the future holds, and making the best future we can, never giving up, no matter how wounded life makes us.
As many know, I encourage EVERYONE to think for themselves, to always believe in themselves, to always trust in, and seek out, their destiny.
And to be who they are, not what people tell them they should be.
Always believe.
